The industrial counterweight workshop crane HB-GK

HB industrial counterweight workshop cranes have a rear-mounted chassis and can therefore draw right up to loads and machines.

With 13 jib positions, they offer exceptionally long span and lifting capacity. No other crane can match the enormous span capacity and lift height. The industrial counterweight crane was designed to provide a long service life even with frequent use. Our customer service still provides spare parts for equipment that was supplied 30 - 40 years ago.

Manual or electric lifting by hydraulic pump

The load is secured on a high-quality galvanised DIN-standard swivel hook via a precision pump with 4 power/lift limits settings. The pump lever is horizontal, so that the force is transferred directly and optimaly to the pump. Force is applied to the lever from above and a clip-on extension piece is supplied to achieve even greater lifting. The extension piece can be stored on the device when not in use. Your safety is of course ensured. The handle arm is equipped with an automatically closing retaining spring. If you release the T-handle, it closes automatically and prevents dangerous uncontrolled lowering of the jib arm. The maximum position is protected against overloading. Except HB300GKNF8 which has a simple compact unit.

Lowering: hook height adjustment

Lowering is done via the T-handle. Depending on the opening adjustment, the load is accurately lowered millimetre by millimetre.

Jib: adjustable span

HB workshop jib has 13 adjustment positions. The inner jib section is galvanized for a longer service life and improved gliding properties. It is also secured with a safety lock, to ensure that the jib does not detach accidentally and cause an accident.

Workshop jib crane steering

Manually supported by the FaPo mechanical positioning device. A single person can easily manoeuvre and operate the device under load. The control handle has a turning angle of almost 180° which allows the crane to be turned almost on its front wheels, resulting in a small turning circle. Except HB300GKNF8 which has a simple hand control handle.

Braking

Is done easily and conveniently by turning a lever mounted on the guard of the steering wheel. HB crane is provided with foot protection on all wheels

Electric lift and steeringe model

Battery: 2 x 240 Ah, 6 volt., or 180 Ah, 12 volt.
Battery monitor with LED display, which is mounted on the side.
Charging with the supplied charger to be connected to a 220 volt outlet. (Full charged after 6 - 8 hours).
Charger: 12 volt, 25 A, or 24 volt, 30 A
The unit is equipped with a master key.

Steering
Via 12 volt or 24 volt pulse-controlled, battery electric steering.You can slowly steer forwards or backwards with millimetre precision, using the rotary switch on the top of the steering handle.

Braking
The HB-GH crane is electomagnetic brake equipped.
